Hello, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Evolution Wellness LLC was created in 2019 with the intent to transform lives to a healthier version of mind, body, and soul.

Over time, I grew tired of watching families, parents, and individuals leave “support” spaces feeling just as lost, overwhelmed, or unheard as when they walked in. I’ve been there myself as a parent, as an educator, and as someone who has sought help and walked away thinking, “There has to be more than this.”

Too often, support feels like surface-level conversations that never quite touch the real stuff. The systems. The trauma. The communication breakdowns. The patterns that keep repeating at home, in relationships, and within ourselves.

At Evolution Wellness, I am here to offer life coaching and family-based support rooted in real tools, honest conversations, and meaningful change. Outside of my work in education, I support individuals, couples, parents, and families in areas such as:

Communication and emotional regulation
Co-parenting and family systems
Trauma-informed support
Understanding and supporting neurodivergent children and adults
Navigating complex family dynamics

My experience comes from a wide range of places - professional training, schooling, years of working with families and children, and my own personal journey through parenting, co-parenting, trauma, and healing. I’ve also owned and operated a yoga studio, where I supported both kids and adults in working through trauma not just emotionally, but physically as well.

I want to be transparent: I am not a licensed counselor.
What I do offer is something different. Its practical tools, communication systems, emotional support, and a calm, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to pretend everything is fine.

My background

I bring a background in education, behavior support, and trauma-informed practices into every space I hold. I’ve worked alongside children, families, and educators navigating big emotions, learning differences, and high-stress situations.

I understand school systems along with family dynamics, and the emotional toll they can take. My work blends evidence-based strategies with real-life practicality, so support feels usable, not overwhelming.

My background

I’m a mom... deep in the day-to-day of raising kids, managing emotions, and holding a lot at once. I know what it feels like to love your children fiercely and still feel exhausted, unsure, or overwhelmed.

I don’t believe in perfection or quick fixes. I believe in support that meets you where you are, honors your reality, and helps you feel more confident in the choices you’re making for your family.

Divorce and co-parenting can feel isolating, heavy, and emotionally draining... especially when you’re trying to lead with grace while protecting your children. I work with parents who want to respond thoughtfully, regulate their emotions, and stay aligned with their values during difficult seasons.

Together, we focus on clarity, boundaries, and calm so that you can show up as the parent your children need, even when circumstances feel out of your control.

Consultations and Coaching Sessions are offered in person and virtually. As a mom and an understander that life is BUSY, these are chaos friendly and flexible. Please don't let a busy life or the presence of littles stop you from seeking support!

Not sure where to start? A consultation is simply a chance to slow down, talk things through, and see what support might feel most helpful for you or your family. This is a calm, pressure-free space to share what’s been weighing on you, ask questions, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. There’s no commitment. This is an honest conversation focused on clarity, connection, and next steps.

Coaching sessions are a focused, supportive space to work through real-life challenges using practical tools, thoughtful conversation, and meaningful reflection.
